After breakfast outside, we took the bikes again to go into town.
Today the shops were open and the city was very busy.
We walked around the center, looking at the old wall, a remaining city gate and different churches.
We stopped at the bakery De Bisschopsmolen, where we had a look at the old mill and tried a typical Vlaai. We bought bread and pasta there too.
At a former church we found a book store, where literature is worshipped now.
After a lunch break at one of the outdoor restaurants at the Markt with the beautiful town house, we went back home to relax and work a little, before we cycled into town again for dinner.
We found a restaurant at a former fire station called De Brandweerkantine, where we had a great dinner with nice vegetarian dishes.
