We headed in direction of Bad St. Leonhard, where we had arranged an appointment with our friend Klaus to pick up some of his excellent Tuscany olive oil “Fabiani di Sotto”.
He showed us his historic cinema called “Lichtspieltheater”, which he had bought years ago. It was opened in 1953 and closed in 1970, and had never been touched again. A very interesting piece of local Austrian history!

Note from 11/2020: the cinema was destroyed by vandals without any reason, which was a shock to hear. With our photo session, we saved at least a documentation of this historic place. Very sad that people have to destroy things just for fun. Unbelievable!
