Edi’s famous fried eggs

Since we have our Cadac Safari Chef, outdoor cooking is so much fun that we start already at breakfast with some fried eggs.

The flat griddle is a really versatile part, this time used for fried eggs for our breakfast. We started with some spring onions and cherry tomatoes before the eggs were added.
  

The lid helps to get the eggs done also on the top and not long and they are ready to indulge!

Homemade bread, this time with some pumpkin seed flour and different seeds baked in our gas oven, accomplish the eggs.

Yummy !!
