The town of Cullera lies next to a very prominent mountain just south of Valencia. It has the biggest unofficial parking for campers we have seen so far. It lies just behind the beach and next to the mouth of Rio Jucar. There were for sure 200 campers parked there.

Cullera has a beautiful beach which is quite empty during winter, as most of the flats are only used in summer.

On the mountain lies a castle and a beautiful Santuario, which you can reach by foot from the centre or by car from the seaside.

What a great trip, not far from our Spanish home town! Always nice to explore places like this with our camper.
Next we will go a little bit further to Castellón!
