Baking bread

We like to bake our own bread, which is normaly from wholemeal spelt flour with changing ingredients.
ingredients for whole grain bread

500g wholemeal spelt flour
1 sachet of yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
a pinch of sugar
spices like caraway, fennel and coriander seeds
1/2 a cup of seeds like pumpkin and/or sunflower
1/2 a litre of warm water

mixing the dry ingredients

adding the seeds

adding yeast

mixing the dry ingredients

adding the water
mixing together until you have a nice dough

greasing the form

now the dough has to rise for 1 hour

30 minutes with 180 degrees, 20 minutes with 200 degrees

smells deliciously

ready to eat
