We like to bake our own bread, which is normaly from wholemeal spelt flour with changing ingredients.

ingredients for whole grain bread |
500g wholemeal spelt flour
1 sachet of yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
a pinch of sugar
spices like caraway, fennel and coriander seeds
1/2 a cup of seeds like pumpkin and/or sunflower
1/2 a litre of warm water

mixing the dry ingredients |

mixing together until you have a nice dough |

greasing the form |
|
now the dough has to rise for 1 hour |
|
30 minutes with 180 degrees, 20 minutes with 200 degrees |
|
smells deliciously |

ready to eat |
